Buying a home in the Fall of 2022 was a daunting task. Interest rates were rising, there was lots of inventory but it seemed every home we loved sold fast or received multiple offers. To be honest, I was discouraged and loosing hope that I would find the home perfect for my family. Then we began working with Nathan.
