Nathan is by far the best Real Estate agent that I've ever worked with. I've purchased two homes and a condo prior to the home I'm buying now, and I wish that I would have known Nathan for all of my previous buying and selling times. I didn't know what I was missing out on, in past, but I do now. When it comes to knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, negotiation, and client experience, it has been a privilege to have Nathan as my Real Estate Agent. He has set the bar higher, and as long as he'll allow me, I plan to ask for his help in any of my future buying or selling needs.
There are several other areas that Nathan stands out in however, I think the one thing that stands out so tangibly with him is how personable he is. There were times when I was sending him notice after notice of homes I wanted to see, and he immediately booked times to see everything I was interested in. He even drove me to three of my appointments on his Birthday!!! Who does that, honestly?
Nathan has treaded me with more respect and has explained more options to me in my process (to be a competitive buyer), than anyone before him. He is professional and personal with his clients and his competing agents alike. It truly says something when you're willing to be a gentleman to your competitors and offer more than common curtesy when interacting. All I can say, is Nathan has proven himself to me in more ways than I can list here and has been more supportive in my process then I've ever expected. I'm grateful for his help and truly believe I would not have been as successful, as quickly, in this competitive CO market, as he's made me.
Thank you again Nathan. You and all the work you have done for me is greatly appreciated.

I talked to Nathan over the phone from Alaska! Best thing that I did in making the move to Colorado over 3 years ago! I arrived in February and he found me a home before the end of the month, was a homeowner the 3rd of April! I was fortunate enough to have found the right team to work with! I recently decided I needed to sell my condo and buy something else so I can retire by the end of the year! He took the bull by the horns, that was the begining of August! He found a buyer that made my retirement possible, sold my condo September 27th, purchased my forever home on September 30th! Over the 3 years of living in my 1st home he kept in constant contact with postcards, emails, text messages even on anniversary of my buying my home, birthdays, holidays he reached out to let me know he cared! He goes over and beyond just being a realtor that does his job of finding you what you need! He puts his heart and soul into getting you what you need! He makes you his top priority until the job is done and there it doesn't end! In my book he is the #1 best person to have in your corner! I am forever grateful to him for everything he's done to get me where I am today! I'm in my "Home Sweet Home”!

Buying a home in the Fall of 2022 was a daunting task. Interest rates were rising, there was lots of inventory but it seemed every home we loved sold fast or received multiple offers. To be honest, I was discouraged and loosing hope that I would find the home perfect for my family. Then we began working with Nathan. From the very beginning, he established clear expectations of what to expect. He was prompt and instantly began highlighting homes that fit our preferences. Our first weekend he helped us identify 8 homes across four different cities in the Denver metro area. We spent 6 hours viewing a wide spectrum of homes. When we found one we loved. He helped us put together a game plan that he felt would put us in position to be the winning offer. Just like before, this house we loved had multiple offers. But unlike before, because of Nathans experience and expertise our offer was selected even though there were others that were higher. I was blown away. Nathan exceeded our expectations and made our buying experience memorable and pleasant. I now live in my dream home and I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without Nathan.
